We could take a Jeep Wrangler and go off roading through forest trails to find the perfect spot for sunset pictures. We could also go mountain climbing in the Sibilli mountains. There are insanely beautiful views all around Umbria, very diverse with mountains, medieval hilltop towns, vineyards and olive groves.
